Stop the Rock was my second year film for my animation course. While I'm happy with it on a technical level (bar a few glitches), I was far too ambitious in writing the story.

I had a written so much backstory that I couldn't squeeze it into such a short film (and impending deadlines) which had to be totally cut out. This left the viewer with little idea of the characters true motives during the film.

Writing a simple short story can be suprisingly difficult, a lesson I learned the hard way.
